Bristol Farmer’s Market Features First Local Musician, Jason Gerrish

The Bristol Farmer’s Market at The Patch Downtown has returned for a second successful season bringing the Bristol community farm fresh local produce and products! The 2016 market is driven by Bristol All Heart, a marketing partnership of the Bristol Chamber of Commerce and the City of Bristol with the vision of creating an organic and vibrant piazza-like atmosphere in the heart of downtown. The Farmer’s Market takes place every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. from June 25th to October 29th and features a variety of vendors including Greszyck’s Farm, Ridge Runner Soaps, Twin Pines Farm, Wild Johnson Farm, Scarpa Ledge Farm, and more. And to top it all off, the 19-week experience just got better!

Local musician Jason Gerrish will be the Farmers Market’s FIRST live performer on July 23rd! Gerrish has undeniable talent that he has shared with Bristol numerous times before. The Farmer’s Market is looking forward to having Gerrish as their first performer and hopefully, paving the way for future musicians to get involved with the market.

artist_tea“Jason has had a passion for music from an early age. Although being influenced by many different styles of music, the specific category that resonated the most with Jason is country music. The honesty, integrity, and values of country music have rung true to Jason since he discovered the genre. Jason always knew that music was what God had put in his heart to do as a passion. Jason was professionally trained, but technique alone doesn’t set Jason apart from others. Every note comes directly from Jason’s heart to his vocal cords with a refreshing honesty and vulnerability.
