Make Memories in Bristol’s Museums!

Bristol’s Museum Collaborative was founded more than ten years ago to facilitate collaboration among the Bristol-area museums in order to provide a high-quality cultural experience to the residents of Bristol and extended communities. Their aim is to represent the town in the best possible light at local events, and to market and represent Bristol beyond its borders. Working together, they present exceptional programming and special events at affordable prices to the Greater Bristol community.

Bristol’s Museum Collaborative encourages you to tour six of our City’s wonderful museums this summer! From June 8 through September 21, 2019, the Collaborative is offering a special passport that invites visitors to Make Memories in Bristol’s Museums!

In celebration of Bristol’s Museums, we hope to bring visitors from far and wide to our City to visit the participating museums and that Bristol residents come out to see what their City has to offer. This is an opportunity to bring the entire family to experience the Magic of the Museums in your own community.

Passports are available at each museum, or a printable version can be downloaded from each museum’s web page. Participating museums include the American Clock & Watch Museum, Bristol Historical Society, Environmental Learning Centers/Harry C. Barnes Memorial Nature Center, Imagine Nation: A Museum Early Learning Center, Memorial Military Museum, and The New England Carousel Museum.

Bring your passport to the museums, find the furry friend pictured on each page of the passport, and receive a special stamp. Once all six museums have been visited, guests can fill out a form to be entered to win a family membership at all six museums (approximately a $420 value!) The lucky winner will be drawn at the Mum Festival on September 22nd.
