Counselors in Training program is designed for youth ages 14-17 yrs that are interested in working with children and getting involved with Summer Camp. To participate: candidates must submit a CIT application, and a reference letter from a coach/teacher or other non-relative. Ideal candidates are outgoing, enthusiastic, responsible and have a dedication to children. Ideal candidates should also be able to commit to the 7 week program and will be required to attend a pre-camp orientation.
