Fisher House Foundation builds comfort homes for soldiers, veterans or their family members where they can stay for FREE while being treated at a Military or VA hospital. There are 64 Fisher Houses across the US, but not one here in Connecticut. We are breaking ground on CT’s first Fisher House this year on the campus of the West Haven VA Medical Center. Our Ct headquarters is right here in downtown Bristol. Our events are statewide and always run by volunteers and sponsored by local companies and organizations, keeping our 501(c)(3) organization as the highest rated military charity in the country!
