
Voted by the Central Connecticut Chambers of Commerce as the Volunteer Organization of The Year in 2011, The West End Association, envisions “that people in the neighborhood will demonstrate their pride by taking responsibility for the ongoing care of the community.” The West End Association works to help create and maintain a safe, friendly and family-oriented neighborhood, filled with thriving businesses, convenient public transportation, attractive amenities, and activities! Throughout the year, they put on many events to promote positivity in the West End! These events and promotions include The Taste of Bristol, West End Mixers, clean up days, and everyone’s favorite event, The Rockwell Summer Festival. Membership is open to all who want to help grow and improve the West End. Meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at RiverView Apartments on Laurel Street at 7pm.
