Hilton HOME2 and Conference Center
The local DoubleTree by Hilton will be constructing a HOME2 hotel, a sophisticated conference/event center appropriate for weddings, corporate events, trainings, and similar gatherings along with an underground parking garage to serve the entire campus. The project includes the construction of an approximately 90-suite HOME2 Suites by Hilton Hotel, a new 50,000 square foot conference/event center, and associated parking garage and site improvements. The project encompasses all or a portion of the following properties: 42 Century Drive (part of the existing DoubleTree hotel site), 90 Century Drive, 112 Century Drive, and 150 Century Drive. Completion of this project is expected with the opening of the conference/event center in the fall of 2023.
