Are you interested in books about wellness? This group explores new books combined with a wellness activity. A counselor with Senhouse Counseling Services, LLC, will lead us in a guided meditation suitable for everyone. Additionally, staff member Beth will share several new book titles about meditation—focusing the mind, body & spirit in a positive direction. Copies will be available to check out. Wellness books can open up your world to new possibilities! Free. Please register in advance by visiting or calling the library.
