Join us for a gentle yoga class in the relaxed, friendly atmosphere of Bristol CT Yoga. Class will include simple stretches, breathing practices, meditation and relaxation techniques, big smiles and very good company. Never done yoga before? No problem! Class will be taught by Elizabeth Hill, who has over 12 years of experience teaching yoga to people of all ages and levels of experience.
All proceeds benefit the United Way of West Central Connecticut, supporting United Way education, income and health initiatives.
