John Schissler, Committee Chairman & Historian, will retrace the steps of The Old Leather Man and discuss the important geological features of the nature preserve. Local Colonial Folklore has indicated that some “Spirits” from the past still roam The Hoppers…Stephen Graves a Colonial Tory, maybe The Old Leather Man?
This event is a Connecticut Trails Day Event in association with Connecticut Forest and Park Association and it is a DEEP “Great Park Pursuit Event.”
