Come to this Be Well With Books program, led by a Manross staff member, who will present several new book recommendations offering ideas on reducing stress. Additionally, we will complete a simple, stress-reducing art project. What problem in your life is causing you stress or anxiety? This will be the focus of your drawing. Clearly defined steps contribute to stress-free learning and an enjoyable and satisfying drawing process. No art experience needed! . . .
