Come de-Stress with gentle stretching exercises, Hosted by Jill Patterson, RDN, at the Bristol Public Library! Participants will learn stretches and exercises and come away with a simple routine that they can easily incorporate into their day at home or at the office.

Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers, and bring water. Adults 18+. Made possible by a donation from Bristol Senior Advocates. This event is free to attend.
