New at Manross Library– Tai Chi for all levels! Learn techniques to improve health, reduce stress, and promote healing and well-being. Presented by Walter Bruce, owner and instructor, Dragons Wing Tai Chi & Qigong. Beginners welcome. Ages 18+. Seniors especially welcome. Drop-In, registration not required. Attendance is Free.
