Tai Chi for all levels! Learn techniques to improve health, reduce stress, and promote healing and well-being. Presented by Walter Bruce, owner and instructor, Dragons Wing Tai Chi & Qigong. Beginners welcome. Ages 18+. Seniors especially welcome. Drop-In. This is a weekly program through November 17th, 2023. Drop-In, On-Going Friday Afternoons. No Registration and Free to participate.
