Into the Woods – The Musical

St. Paul Catholic High School is excited to announce its spring musical production, Into the Woods. St. Paul Performing Arts will proudly present Stephen Sondheim’s beloved, award-winning classic Into the Woods. This enchanting musical weaves together familiar fairy tales-Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack and the Beanstalk, and Rapunzel-into a witty, heartfelt story that explores wishes, consequences, and what happens after “happily ever after.”
Audiences will be transported by an extraordinary cast, a live professional orchestra, and a fantastical, storybook-inspired set design, all brought to life with magical costuming and imaginative staging. Clever, poignant, and visually stunning, Into the Woods promises an unforgettable theatrical experience for audiences of all ages.
Tickets are on sale now at www.spchs.com for the following three performances:
Friday, March 27th at 7:00pm, Saturday, March 28th at 7:00pm and Sunday, March 29th at 2:00pm.

This year is a special year; we are celebrating 20 years of award-winning high school theatre under the direction of Mr. Mark Mazzarella ‘78. Over 1,000 students have brought passion, creativity, and courage to every performance, building more than shows—they’ve built a community, a family, and a lasting legacy.
In honor of this milestone, we invite all St. Paul Performing Arts alumni and their families to join us Sunday, March 29, 2:00pm, for our Into the Woods matinee and celebration reception. We’ll enjoy a 20-year highlight video, memory boards, and special moments to reconnect, reflect, and celebrate the lasting impact of this extraordinary program.
Come home. Take your seat once more. Reconnect with old friends, celebrate new memories, and be part of this historic afternoon. Join us as we honor the past, celebrate the present, and step together into the next chapter of St. Paul Performing Arts. Performing Arts alumni and families of the St. Paul Performing Arts program can RSVP at spchs.com/performingarts
