Mental Health First Aid

The event will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2022 from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm at the Farmington Valley Health District, 95 River Road, Suite C, Canton, CT 06019.

This free skills-based training course will teach you about mental health and substance abuse issues, as well as empower you with strategies to help those in our community that suffer from these issues. This is a full day course; lunch and refreshments will be provided.

This is a collaborative effort between Veterans Strong Community Center, Resilience Grows Here (Farmington Valley Health District), and “The Veterans Corner”.
