Celebrate the new year in a child-friendly way, at noon! We’ll read a story, do a craft, dance, and count down to 12:00 PM. Please call (860) 584-7790 to register; valid email address required. Pick up your party supplies at the library beginning Dec. 21st. Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants 15-20 minutes before the program begins. All ages with caregiver.
