A fun low impact aerobic workout, based on walking, while simultaneously toning the body from head to toe!

Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers and bring water. Hosted by the popular Jill Patterson, RDN. Appropriate for adults 18+.

Jill Patterson is an award-winning registered dietitian nutritionist, certified fitness instructor and certified personal trainer.
