As the longest night embraces us, we invite you to honor the turning of the season with a soul-nourishing Winter Solstice experience. Slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with your inner rhythm, while releasing the year behind and planting seeds for the one ahead. During this immersive seasonal sound meditation, we will harmonize body and spirit using guided imagery to welcome inner stillness and renewal.
