Federal Hill Green and Riordan Playground

A charming green at the center of Bristol’s historic Federal Hill neighborhood!

Stroll onto the Federal Hill Green and enjoy the small playground, benches, and concerts that makes for the perfect gathering place for your friends, family, and neighbors!

The little ‘green on the hill’ features antique lighting and park benches donated by the Bristol Federal Hill Association help create the charming environment that stands today. Located on Maple and Queen Streets, the park features a community green with lighted walkway, play field, playground, and park benches to enjoy! As for the playground, built in 1974, it was named for former Park Commissioner James Riordan. It features toddler playground equipment for preschool-aged children.
