A Bristol-based food truck, Heavenly Smoke BBQ is owned and operated by Jeff Matthews. What started as a desire to make Texas-style BBQ for his wife who is from Texas turned into a business.
Heavenly Smoke BBQ Food Truck can be found at 99 Main Street Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6 am until 4 pm (or until the BBQ runs out!) or at the Bristol Farmers Market every Saturday from 10 am until 1 pm June through October. Check their Facebook page for daily specials and hours, which may change from season to season.
